As a Senior Consultant, Cecilia takes pride in going the extra mile. An impeccable listener and problem solver, she works one-on-one with her group clients to fully understand their needs and provide individualized guidance.
With over 13 years in the industry, Cecilia holds a Marketing Diploma from Algonquin College as well as an LLQP designation (Life Licence Qualification Program). She has extensive knowledge having worked in claims adjudication, which has served her well in perfecting the client experience.
In her free time, Cecilia enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and their friends. Together they spend a lot of time at the family cottage and travelling to warm destinations to escape Ottawa’s chilly winters.
