In addition to forging and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers, Andrea is also charged with training and coaching staff on servicing group benefit and group retirement clients, with a view to ensuring the best possible service. She enjoys leading her team and playing a key role in delivering meaningful solutions to her clients.
